This organization gives free legal services to grassroots organizations and teaches them to litigate in the court system.&nbsp; It also gives free incorporation and federal tax-exempt application processing.&nbsp; The site contains manuals of acts and laws; what they are and how citizens can enforce them.&nbsp; In addition, this site gives descriptions of how to tap public resources (grassroots grantee network), current and past environmental programs/revitalization and press releases.
